Razorpay processes your payment information securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your complete card details on our servers. You may also refer to Razorpay’s privacy policy.
  • Profile Information: Optional profile details such as avatar, preferences, or biographical information.
  • Communications: Messages, inquiries, feedback, or support requests sent to us.

2.2 User Content

  • Uploaded Images: Photos and other media files you upload to generate AI-based Outputs.
  • Prompts and Selections: Text prompts, preferences, and selections you make while using the Platform.
  • Generated Outputs: Images and content generated by our AI models based on your inputs.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect technical and usage data when you access the Platform:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type and version, unique device identifiers.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages.
  • Usage Data: Interaction data (e.g., features used, session duration, frequency of use, Credit usage, and transaction history).
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your activity on the Platform and to enhance your experience. See Section 6 for details.

2.4 Information from Third Parties

  • Social Media and Third-Party Logins: If you register or log in using a third-party service (e.g., Google, Facebook), we may receive information from that service in accordance with their terms and your privacy settings.
  • Payment Processors: Transaction details and payment status from our payment service providers.
  • Analytics Providers: Aggregated or de-identified usage data from third-party analytics services.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

4. USE AND PROTECTION OF USER CONTENT

4.1 Processing of Uploaded Images

  • Purpose: Uploaded images are processed solely to provide the AI image generation service you request. We do not use your images for any other purpose, including training AI models, advertising, or marketing, unless you provide explicit, informed consent.
  • Retention: Uploaded images are retained only as long as necessary to deliver the requested service and are deleted in accordance with our data retention policies (see Section 9).

4.2 Confidentiality and Security

  • We treat your User Content as confidential and implement technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
  • Access to User Content is limited to authorized personnel who require access for service provision, support, or security purposes.

4.3 No Sale or External Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your User Content with third parties for their independent use, except as explicitly described in this Policy (e.g., with service providers acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations).

5. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

  • User Content (Uploaded Images): Retained only as long as necessary to provide the requested service, typically deleted shortly after Output generation or when you delete your account, unless longer retention is required by law.
  • Transaction and Payment Data: Retained for the period required by applicable financial, tax, and legal obligations (typically 3-7 years).
  • Usage and Log Data: Retained for a limited period (e.g., 12-24 months) for security, analytics, and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

9.2 Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 10). Upon verification of your identity, we will delete or anonymize your information, except where retention is required or permitted by law.

10. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
