Thank you for using DreamLifePics (the “Platform”), an offering of Airmeet Networks Private Limited (“Airmeet”). This Refund Policy explains our refund and cancellation policy for purchases made on the Platform. All payments made on the Platform are processed via Razorpay.

1. NO REFUNDS

All purchases of Credits and any other payments made on the Platform are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unused or partially used Credits.
  • Accidental purchases or duplicate transactions.
  • Dissatisfaction with the generated Outputs or the quality of the service.
  • Changes in your needs or circumstances after purchase.
  • Account suspension or termination for violation of our Terms of Service.

By making a purchase on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We strongly encourage you to review your selections, Credit packages, and account details carefully before confirming any transaction.

2. EXCEPTIONS: TECHNICAL ERRORS AND PAYMENT ISSUES

While we do not offer refunds for the reasons stated above, we recognize that technical errors or payment processing issues may occasionally occur. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged due to a technical error or system malfunction, please get in touch with us immediately at:

2.1 Information to Provide

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name and email address associated with your account.
  • Transaction date and amount.

2.2 Our Review Process

We will investigate your claim promptly and, if we determine that a genuine technical error or unauthorized charge occurred, we will take appropriate corrective action, which may include:

  • Issuing a refund to your original payment method.
  • Crediting your account with the appropriate number of Credits.
  • Correcting billing or account errors.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine whether a refund or credit is warranted. Our decision is final.

3. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform.
  • Retain any unused Credits associated with your account.
  • Pursue legal action to recover any losses or damages resulting from the chargeback.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment concerns before pursuing a chargeback, as this allows us to address your issue more quickly and fairly.

4. CREDIT EXPIRATION

Credits purchased on the Platform may be subject to expiration dates as specified at the time of purchase or in accordance with our Terms of Service. Expired Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, including prohibited conduct or fraudulent activity, you will forfeit any unused Credits, and no refunds will be issued.
